About Us

COMERICH Sdn Bhd formerly known as Taskwin Marketing Sdn Bhd (TMSB )was incorporated in 1994 with the objective to assist SEDC in its effort to develop poultry farmers under the “Program Ternakan Ayam Pedaging (Commercial & Community)”. Initially, the role of TMSB as specified in the Terms of Reference by SEDC was to buy live birds and sell them to the open market. The operations of poultry farmers program were handled directly by Entrepreneurs Development Division (EDD) SEDC.

In 2001, SEDC entrusted COMERICH Sdn Bhd with additional responsibilities/functions apart from performing it original tasks, listed below termed as "farmers' accounts"

• Buying and selling of live birds to the open market
• Managing and keeping records of individual farmers accounts
• Purchasing and distributing of day old chicks, (DOC), feeds, and medicines
• Remit any profits earned by the farmers
• Ensuring all expenses relating to the poultry farming program are paid to the creditors on time
• Ensuring monthly instalments deductions of loan from SEDC by the farmers
• Disbursing of new loans to the farmers as recommended by SEDC and EDD
